Scheduled Delivery

If you have ordered a larger item, such as a sofa or dining table, our specialist courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

We also offer a Premium Delivery upgrade in selected areas which includes taking away the packaging of your new product.

Freight Protection (Optional Additional Cover)

We will provide extra protection, including express replacement cover, priority customer support and more, in case your delivery is damaged in transit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the courier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your Matt Blatt account, or via the courier’s website.
