Returns Policy

We uphold a commitment to excellence and strive to ensure that the product you receive aligns with the details provided on our product page. We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and we want you to cherish your purchase.

However, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or an acknowledgment that the product is not a perfect fit. In such instances, we are here to assist you. If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).


Your responsibilities in this process include:

Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.

Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.


The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Remain unused.

Be unassembled.

Be devoid of any damage.

Include all original packaging.

Have undamaged packaging.

Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

Include assembly instructions.


To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Notify via the Order History in your Account dashboard

Organize the return shipment to us.

Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.


For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Warranty

All products come with 1 year warranty


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
