Extended Care Terms And Conditions

Our Extended Care plans are the best way to protect your brand new furniture for the long haul.
Extended Care doesn’t just extend the protection of your new product, it also includes priority support and service, as well as covering you for mishaps.
Please note that Extended Care cannot be purchased after placing your order.

Why Choose Extended Care?

Mishap Protection
If your product suddenly breaks down due to the quality of the product after being dropped, exposure to physical shock or pressure, or coming into contact with liquid or heat, you’ll be covered for up to 12 months for repairs and replacements (6 months for refurbished items). A service fee may apply. See T&C for more information.

Direct Phone and Email Support
Contact us on the details in the Terms and Conditions brochure for specialist assistance Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST). Please note this number is only for customers who have purchased extended care.

Parts and Labour Cover
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the cost of parts and labour required to repair your product to normal working order. All assessments and repairs will be carried out by an Authorised Repair Agent.

Freight and Repair Fees Covered
If you have a valid claim under your Extended Care plan, you’ll be covered for the freight and repair fees required to send your product to our Authorised Repair Agents and back to you.

On-site Collection for Large Items
If your product is too large to be sent return paid by post, we'll arrange on-site courier collection for you.

Transferable
If you decide to sell your product while covered by Extended Care, you can transfer the plan over to the new owner.
