The egg coddler is a traditional, healthy and simple way of poaching eggs, either on their own or by adding other flavours
Simply crack one or two eggs onto the coddler, along with any other additional ingredients you like, and place in a pan of boiling water for 6–9 minutes depending on how well you like your eggs to be cooked
Once ready, you can serve and eat the poached egg straight from the coddler
